Terms and Conditions for Škoda Valentine’s Day Campaign

The Škoda Valentine’s Day Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd (“Organiser”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1.By taking part in this Lucky Draw, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set by Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd.

2. Campaign Period

2.1. The Škoda Valentine’s Day Lucky Draw is valid for participants who complete a Škoda test drive during the campaign period between 1 February 2026 and 10 February 2026, as determined by Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd.

3. Eligibility

3.1. This Lucky Draw is only open to Singapore Residents with a valid Singapore driving license as recognised by the Singapore Government.

3.2. Employees of the Organiser and its related corporations, and their immediate family members, may be excluded at the Organiser’s discretion.

4. Method of Participation

4.1. Participants who complete a Škoda test drive during the campaign period will stand a chance to win one (1) bespoke bouquet curated by The Florte Pte Ltd. A total of ten (10) bouquets will be awarded.

5. Prizes

5.1. One (1) of the ten (10) bouquet winners will also receive a weekend lease of a Škoda Elroq free of charge from 14 to 15 February 2026 (or such other dates as determined by Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd).

5.2. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, services, or any other products.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. Winners will be selected by Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd at its sole discretion and notified via the contact details provided during the test drive registration.

6.2. Winners will be notified by Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd via the contact details provided during the test drive registration by 11 February 2026.

7. Prize Acceptance and Forfeiture

7.1. Winners must acknowledge and accept the prize by 12 February 2026, 2359H.

7.2. Failure to respond, acknowledge, or accept the prize within the stipulated timeframe shall result in the prize being forfeited, and Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner at its sole discretion.

7.3. Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any unclaimed, uncollected, or forfeited prizes.

8. Prize Fulfilment

8.1. Bespoke Bouquet

The bespoke bouquet will be arranged by The Florte Pte Ltd. By accepting the prize, winners consent to the sharing of their personal information (such as name, contact number, and delivery/collection details) with The Florte Pte Ltd for the sole purpose of fulfilling the bouquet prize. Collection or delivery arrangements will be communicated directly to the winners. The styling, floral selection, and presentation of the bouquet shall be at the discretion of The Florte Pte Ltd.

8.2. Weekend Lease of Škoda Elroq

The winner of the weekend lease must collect the vehicle in person at Škoda Centre Singapore, 26 Leng Kee Road, Singapore 159104, present their original NRIC or passport and a valid Singapore driver’s license for verification, and complete the Car Loan Form.

9. Verification and Disqualification

9.1. Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

10. Prevailing Terms

10.1. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Škoda Valentine’s Day Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

11. Disputes and Final Decision

11.1. In the event of any dispute, Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd’s decision is final.

12. Amendments

12.1. Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Personal Data Protections

13.1. By providing the information set out in these Terms and Conditions, the participant agrees and consents to Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd to collect, use, disclose and process their personal data and information for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw and for the communication of further information related to the Škoda Valentine’s Day Lucky Draw. The participant understands that their data will be used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not be released to other organisations unless for valid business and/or legal reasons. The participant also consents to Volkswagen Group Singapore taking and using photographs and/or videos of the winners for marketing, publicity, and record-keeping purposes in any media or format. The participant further agrees to receive, by phone call, email, or text message, information from Volkswagen Group Singapore about the aforesaid Lucky Draw.
