1st service session: 15,000 km or 1 year.*
2nd service session: 30,000 km or 2 years.*
3rd service session: 45,000 km or 3 years.*

The Dialogue Reception caters to customers who are on a tight schedule, and need a technician to take a quick look at their cars. If the job is as simple as fixing a blown bulb or topping up of fluid, it can be carried out on the spot.
Conveniently located on the ground floor of Škoda Centre Singapore, the Dialogue Reception is opened from 8:30am to 12:30pm, Mondays to Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

- Customers who purchase a Prepaid Service Repair Package (PSRP) are entitled to tiered discounts on genuine parts.
- The special genuine parts discounts are applicable only in conjunction with a job order, and do not apply to labour charges.
- Parts discounts are not applicable for insurance claims.
- Parts discounts take effect from the date of purchase of the PSRP. The specific value of the genuine parts discount and its validity depend on the number of packages purchased and stated in the invoice. For example, purchasing 2 PSRPs provides 2 years of special parts discount validity, while purchasing 3 PSRPs provides 3 years of validity.
- Prepaid Service Repair Packages (PSRP) are strictly non-refundable and non- transferable.
- Škoda Centre Singapore has the right to change the terms and conditions of this PSRP programme at any time without prior notice.
- Škoda Centre Singapore reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to this rewards programme.
