Self onboarding
You can set up the app, activate your vehicle, and verify your ownership by following simple and intuitive onboarding steps on the app.
Live technical status
You get a live overview of the status of your vehicle and are notified when something is not working as intended or a warning lamp appears on the dashboard.
Warnings
Warnings are displayed in the app when a dashboard warning lamp activates. You can view the warning lamp's details and take immediate action.
Service at your convenience
Book services, check the dealership's service calendar, and select a date for any necessary service easily. Get competitive quotes and report damages from the app.
Battery and Fuel level overview
Get a view of your car's charge or fuel levels with a glance from the app. Also understand your driving behaviour to see how it impacts your charge or fuel consumption in app.
Parking position and direction
The app shows the live location of the vehicle and get directions on how to find it. Track your car's location 24/7 with GoConnect.

GoConnect for Electric Vehicles
For EV owners, the first year of GoConnect is free, and after that, it’s just $100 per year.
After the initial year, you can keep using GoConnect services at just $100/year.
GoConnect for ICE Vehicles
For ICE cars, you'll need to get the hardware installed first, then enjoy the same first-year free subscription period. Here are the options to get started:
- Hardware + 1-year Subscription Plan for $390
- Hardware + 2-year Subscription Plan for $480
- Hardware + 3-year Subscription Plan for $550
After the initial year, you can keep using GoConnect services at just $100/year.
After the one-year period has expired, Škoda Singapore reserves the right to charge for your Connected Car services

With the purchase of a new Škoda electric vehicle, Škoda Singapore covers on a complimentary basis the cost of the Connected Car services for one year. After the one-year period has expired, Škoda Singapore reserves the right to charge for your Connected Car services.

Chat directly with our customer service team through the app.
Which data is accessible to the workshop? The workshop can only access service data, error codes, warning lamps and the chat module.
Can I use the GoConnect app on my phone? GoConnect can be used on all smartphones. If you have an access to the App Store or Google Play Store, you can download the GoConnect app.
Is GoConnect available for all car owners? Yes! GoConnect isn't just for our electric vehicles; owners of internal combustion engine (ICE) cars can also subscribe and enjoy all the benefits it offers.
All passenger and commercial vehicles manufactured in 2010 and after, are compatible with GoConnect.
