- Plan is available for vehicles with an EV battery State of Health (SOH) of 90% and above at the point of purchase.
- Applies only to the High-Voltage traction battery and its internal components.
- Warranty is valid for up to 10 years after vehicle registration or the mileage limit stated by vehicle type, whichever occurs first:
- Passenger Cars: up to 200,000 km
- Commercial Cars: up to 250,000 km
- A free State of Health (SOH) reading must be performed at Year 7 based on the vehicle’s registration date or 120,000 km, whichever occurs first, and annually thereafter. Failure to complete the required SOH readings may result in warranty claims being rejected.
- All diagnostics, repairs, assessments, and replacements must be carried out at Volkswagen Group Singapore authorised workshops.
- The plan is tied to the specific vehicle and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Warranty benefits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Volkswagen Group Singapore reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms without prior notice.
