Authorised Reporting Centre
In the event of a collision, you are required to lodge a report with your insurer
through an Authorised Reporting Centre (ARC).

Types of Insurance Claims
Own Damage Claims
Own Damage Claims come into play when your vehicle (covered by the "Any Workshop" option, comprehensive car insurance policy) gets damaged or lost due to any of the following:
Damage to the car while driving: Collision with another car, wall, the road divider, traffic light, an electric post, or anything that damages your car.
Fire: Catching fire due to an external explosion or self-ignition
Flood: Damage to the vehicle due to flash flood
Theft: Vehicle missing due to theft
Third Party Claims
Third Party Claims involve situations where there is damage caused by someone else's vehicle(s) as a result of an accident. Even if you are insured with a non-comprehensive insurance, our experienced Insurance Advisor will assist you to do a 3rd party claim against the other car insurance.
Windscreen Claims
Windscreen claims come into play when your glass or windscreen (covered by the "Any Workshop" option, comprehensive car insurance policy) gets damaged or cracked due to an accident.
In order to retain intrinsic design properties of your vehicle, installing a new windscreen to replace your old one is a thorough process which needs to be carried our using Škoda specific adhesive. At Škoda Service Centre Singapore, you can be assured that our technicians will adhere to this process since they have access to Škoda -specific tools, skills and Škoda Genuine Parts.

To register your interest and receive a non-obligatory quotation from Allianz intermediary, ARF (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd, kindly fill up the required information and ARF will contact you within five (5) working days. Remember to agree on the PDPA Data consent for the authorized agent to contact you.
